1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website and/or placing a Cash on Delivery order with ShopVibe India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligations

When you submit a Cash on Delivery order, you commit to:

• Providing an authentic, functional 10-digit Indian phone number and valid PIN code.
• Being present at the address (or authorizing a representative) to receive the parcel.
• Paying the total invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent.

Placing fake or prank COD orders causes significant loss in courier transit fees and may lead to blacklisting of your mobile number and IP address across national COD networks.

3. Pricing & Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product images, specifications, and prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of typographical pricing errors.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
